Warranty for InterOptic
Solutions Products
This warranty is effective as of January 1, 2024 and applies to new InterOptic branded equipment (collectively, the “Equipment”, i.e. “unused in box”, “new in box” equipment).
InterOptic warrants that the Equipment sold to Buyer will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a limited lifetime of such Equipment provided that the Equipment is properly stored, used and maintained.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the warranty for certain Equipment shall be limited to the original purchaser for so long as InterOptic or its supplier continues to manufacture the purchased Product and it may not be reassigned by law or otherwise.
Buyer may open a warranty claim must accompany “proof of purchase” by contacting the InterOptic support desk via phone at 630-548-9870 or via email at sales@interoptic.com.
If any InterOptic product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship within 5 years of the date of purchase, InterOptic will, at its sole option, repair or replace the product or provide a 60-month prorated refund based on the original purchase price and date of purchase. To access this Limited Warranty, simply call InterOptic for a Material Return Authorization number and ship the product, prepaid and insured, to InterOptic.
This Limited Warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, express and/or implied and to the maximum extent permitted by law, InterOptic disclaims all other warranties, expressed and/or implied, including the warranty of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose. No employee of InterOptic has the authority to verbally modify this Limited Warranty. This warranty excludes all changes made to future switch or router software and/or firmware versions which impact or affect the operation of InterOptic products. In no event shall InterOptic ever be liable for any incidental, consequential and/or other damages, including, but not limited to loss of data, productivity, opportunity, and/or profits. In the event that some states may give you specific legal rights and/or provide for specific remedies which may override some of the terms of this Limited Warranty; all other terms of this Limited Warranty shall remain in effect.
All else notwithstanding, acceptance of products from InterOptic, constitutes acceptance of this Limited Warranty.
